Once again, Microsoft has released a new version of Visual Studio. Once again, they have made improvements and seem to do their best to make the default install of VS 2015, a very slow, setup. The following is meant to speed up your system.
Disable Source Control Integration
Disable JavaScript Debugging
Disable Browser Link
Not really sure how much this helps but since I am not currently using it, I figured I would disable it. Just make sure there is no check mark next to "Enable Browser Link".
